School Supply Breakdown Lists
Student-Provided Supplies
Students are expected to bring the following items to support their daily learning:
- 12-Pocket Spiral Subject Organizer
- Loose-leaf Notebook Paper
- Dividers
- Pencils
- Erasers
- Highlighters
- Pens (Blue, Black, Red)
- Handheld Pencil Sharpener
Students may use the digital calendar and planning tools available on their school-issued computers to manage assignments and schedules. However, those who prefer a traditional method are welcome to bring a paper planner. Note: All 6th grade students will receive a physical planner at the start of the year.

WMS Supply Fund Contribution Request
For the 2025-26 school year, we are asking families to contribute to the WMS Supply Fund, which helps us provide essential classroom materials for all students.

- Replacement Composition Books
- Classroom Folders
- Rulers
- Markers
- Glue
- Whiteboard Markers & Erasers
- Construction, Graph, and Copy Paper
- Library Books
In addition, the school supply fund supports the purchase of specialized supplies used in daily instruction, such as:
- Testing and Lab Equipment (i.e. headphones, paper, pencils, etc.)
- Novels and Textbooks for Language Arts, Social Studies, and World Languages
- Calculators
- Art Supplies
- PE Equipment and Recreational Gear for Lunch Breaks

We kindly ask families to consider contributing up to $50 per student, if your budget allows.

Additionally, please consider donating to our WMS Supply Fund Scholarship—donations above $50 help provide scholarships to support other students, expanding opportunities throughout WMS. Your support directly enhances the learning experience for all WMS students. Thank you for your generosity!
Associated Student Body (ASB) Fee Request
We are excited to announce that the $25 WMS ASB (Associated Student Body) request will be collected at the start of the 2025-26 school year via the Source/SchoolPay. This request supports programs and activities that enrich your child’s school experience and help build a vibrant school community. Note: Students participating in sports are required to have and ASB sticker.
What Does the ASB Fee Request Cover?
- Supplies and materials for ASB activities
- Funding for our Athletics program
- Payment for the Final Forms program, which manages student participation and safety in Athletics
- Rental fees for afterschool events such as dances and the Fall Carnival
- Supplies and support for all school-wide events held each quarter
Benefits of the ASB Sticker
Students with the ASB sticker on their ID card will enjoy discounts on many ASB activities, including dances and yearbooks. Note: Students participating in sports are required to have an ASB sticker.
