Spring Sports Final Forms, Physicals & ASB Fees Due

All students need a doctor-signed physical uploaded to Final Forms before they can participate in sports. All forms must be submitted in Final Forms by the start date. Parents need to upload a current signed physical to Final Forms by March 11, 2026. Spring Sports begin on March 16, 2026.

  • Please make sure you register in Final Forms and upload a current, signed by a doctor, sports physical (sports physicals are good for 2 years from exam date). Sports Physical Participation Form

All students must be cleared to participate through FinalForms before they can attend tryouts. If families are unable to access the Final Forms Online platform, they should contact their school athletic coordinator and/or athletic support staff at their building. Computers, as well as physical packets for uploads, can be made available for families to complete registration online.

Girls Volleyball Tryouts Start March 17

Whitman Volleyball Tryouts start Tuesday, March 17 from 4 – 6 p.m. in the Whitman Middle School gymnasium.

All current 6th, 7th and 8th grade kids interested in trying out for the team are encouraged to try out. Three teams will be formed (Varsity, JV and JVC). Players that do not make a team are invited to join for Friday practices for court time and development of the sport. Tryouts will be daily until teams are formed.

Once teams are formed practice and match schedules will be announced. Prior to tryouts please be sure your athlete’s forms are updated through FinalForms to be eligible to play volleyball. Online form due March 11, 2026. Any additional questions please reach out to Ali Schlameus at whitmanwildcatvolleyball@gmail.com who will work with coaches & athletic director to help facilitate questions we are excited to get starated!

Track (Co-Ed) No Cut Practices

Track is a no cut sport with no previous running experience needed!

Practices

  • First Practice! 
    • 1st Practice is Thursday March 19, 2026
    • When: Tuesday & Thursday at 4 p.m.
    • Where: Meet on the Whitman track
    • Why: We love Track and are excited to welcome all our athletes!
  • Track Equipment: What to bring to practice!
    • Filled water bottle
    • Comfortable clothes to run in
    • Dedicated running shoes –  If possible, we do recommend dedicated running shoes.  Proper fitting shoes will be more comfortable and help reduce the possibility of injury
