Co-Ed Track No Cut

Track is a no cut sport with no previous running experience needed!

Practices

  • When: Tuesday & Thursday at 4 – 5:30 p.m.
    • Where: Meet on the Whitman track
    • Why: We love Track and are excited to welcome all our athletes!
  • Track Equipment: What to bring to practice!
    • Filled water bottle
    • Comfortable clothes to run in
    • Dedicated running shoes –  If possible, we do recommend dedicated running shoes.  Proper fitting shoes will be more comfortable and help reduce the possibility of injury

Calling all 6th and 7th Graders:
Let’s Play Ultimate

Is your student looking for a fun way to stay active, make new friends, and learn a high-energy sport? Our Spring Ultimate Frisbee season kicks off this week! Whether they’ve never picked up a disc or they already love field sports, our league is 100% beginner-friendly. We focus on “Spirit of the Game,” teamwork, and having a blast. This is a co-ed sport, no contact, and self-refereed (we teach them the rules). No tryouts, no cuts.

  • 6th Graders: Tues. & Thur. at Whitman – 4 – 5:30 p.m.
  • 7th Graders: Mon & Fri at Whitman – 4 – 5:30 p.m. 

Games on Saturdays

Cost: Sliding scale $0-$100.

6th grade Sign-Up site and 7th grade Sign Up site.

Sports Paperwork & ASB Fees Due

Final Forms, Physicals & ASB Fees

All students need a doctor-signed physical uploaded to Final Forms before they can participate in sports. All forms must be submitted in Final Forms by the start date. Parents need to upload a current signed physical to Final Forms by March 11, 2026. Spring Sports begin on March 16, 2026.
