Spring Play

“We Love the Songs on Broadway!”

Watch Whitman’s largest after school club put on a 60 minute show that includes singing, dancing, and comedy! Skits this year take us to a mall, on summer vacation, and a pirate ship!

When: Wed May 1 from 6-7 p.m. and Friday May 3 from 6-7 p. m.
Location: Whitman Middle School Auditorium, doors open at 5:40 p.m.
Appropriate age: all ages but due to 60 min duration, best for 5 +
Tickets: Whitman students and staff are free, $10 per adult, $5 per student, $20 per family
(including Grandparents, aunts, etc). Whitman MS Staff families are free.

Parents/Guardians! Students! Register on the Performing Arts of Whitman (PAW) Spring Play is a musical variety show consisting of skits, songs and comedy. Student’s select your preferred role/job: acting, marketing, sets/props, etc., to complete the registration.

This free club is looking for students to sign up for the following: Behind the scenes you can help with costumes, sound, sets/props or the marketing teams. On the stage you can act, dance, sing, or all three! All interested students must have a parent or guardian register them before auditions and/or participating behind the scenes. Everyone who auditions will receive a role.

Rehearsals will take place after school on Wednesdays 2:30 – 4 p.m. (some roles will stay until 4:45 p.m.). Note conflicts when your register your student. Dates and more PAW information on the PAW Website.
