Superheroes Needed: Whitman PTSA Fundraising Annual Giving Campaign

Summary : Be a Wildcat Hero.

Be our Wildcat Superhero!

We have kicked off our Annual Giving Campaign with the goal of raising $65,000 to support our students and teachers!

Whitman Middle School PTSA annual giving campaign

This fundraising goal comes to an average of $105 per student to help us do amazing things this school year! Our plan is to ask you this Fall to give generously through the Annual Giving Campaign, and then allow us to focus on granting these funds to teachers and staff to make the magic happen. Gifts in the past have ranged from $15 – $10,000.

We invite you to support our students and teachers and donate to your capacity!

Funding projects for 2025-26 include:

  • Tutoring at school
  • Student mental health therapy and counseling
  • Food pantry
  • Curriculum Enrichment Fund grants to teachers
  • Music program
  • Library
  • 8th grade graduation
  • …and SO MUCH MORE!

Our campaign has a goal of reaching $20,000 in our first week! Will you join us? Cheers, Andrea: PTSA Fundraising Chair; Mom of Amalia, 7th Grader.

PS – If you would like to make an extra big gift and launch a matching gift challenge, donate via DAF, or donate stocks email whitmanptsafundraising@gmail.com. Or if you would like to donate by Check: make checks payable to “Whitman PTSA” and send to WMS, 9201 15th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117.
