WMS Library Happy Hour
Please visit us at our WMS Library Happy Hours this summer! We will have a book cart out front of the building.
Join Ms. Johnson outside of Whitman August 12 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. for a Library Happy Hour! ANY SPS STUDENT (current Whitman students, incoming students, and students from any SPS school!) may come by and select a book from the supply on hand. Bring nothing but your love of reading and see you then!

These books will be highlighted all year long at Whitman. Meant to be mirrors and windows, these choices help us build empathy, make sense of the world and thus feature diverse protagonists, circumstances and styles.

Age & grade recommendations are only a starting point, please monitor if a book is just right for you. The paw symbol indicates that the book is YA, potentially more suitable for 8th graders and up depending on the reader.
