Annual Giving Campaign Fundraiser 2024

Every dollar raised in the Whitman PTSA Annual Giving Campaign (AGC) makes a huge difference! AGC donations fully fund our budget to support our students, teachers, and staff. The PTSA will be listening to Whitman parents, teachers, and administration to understand how we can help meet critical needs. Funds will go to increased support for math tutoring, increased support for our social emotional Therapist to support students’ mental health, Curriculum Enrichment Funds for teachers, the Racial Equity team, the library, and more.

Our AGC goal is to raise $74,000 between Oct 10-Dec 3, 2024. With 660 students, that is an average of $113 per student. We invite families that can give more, to give as generously as possible.

Become a Member of the WMS PTSA

Why Become a Member of the PTSA?

Paid Membership in the Whitman PTSA benefits your child, their school community, and you! We encourage everyone in our Whitman MS community to become a Parent, Teacher, Student Association member.

If I become a PTSA Member, do I have to go to meetings? No, but we hope everyone will attend our General PTSA Meetings, where a paid membership allows you to vote! If I become a member, do I have to volunteer? No, joining and becoming a paid member of the PTSA is not the same as volunteering. If you choose to volunteer, we appreciate the parent/guardian and community help and support, but volunteering is not required. Reminder! If you registered/joined in prior years, you will still need to renew your membership for every school year.

Take this opportunity to join our group of motivated parents and teachers with one goal in mind—helping to create the best school experience possible for all Whitman studentsMembership in the Whitman PTSA benefits your child, their school community, and you!
