Hall Crew Program (formerly the Hall Monitor Program)

We are looking for volunteers to be a part of the Hall Crew during lunchtime at Whitman. If you’re good at being friendly and smiling, then this is the volunteer opportunity for you! It’s a great way to help out and see what’s going on in the school.

You will commit to coming into the school during lunchtime once or twice a month and be a friendly face in the hall or at the ball cart. Lunchtime is from 11:30 a.m. -12:55 p.m. or if you are a Wednesday volunteer it’s from 10:35 a.m. – 11:55 a.m. Again, this commitment is once or twice a month on the same day for the entire year.

Together we can be a positive and caring presence to all kids at Whitman!

If you’re interested please email Mykcal Gilge mykcal@gmail.com and let her know if you want once a month or twice a month and what day/days would work for you. We will have an in person informational meeting and training along with sign ups on Tuesday, October 11 at 9:30am in the Whitman lunchroom.
