Fall Sports Information

FinalForms & Physicals

Registration for the School Year 2026-27 is Open: For Fall Sports as well as any Athletic Season for the 2026-27 School Year.

6th Grade Athletic Registration Update

Current SPS families beginning their 6th grade year in 2026-27 will receive notices to log in to FinalForms to sign their students up for sports, starting Aug. 12. Please note login emails will match what the district currently has for guardian contact information within PowerSchool. Students will use their SPS emails to log in to FinalForms. Incoming students should get their sports physical signed by a doctor.

• All students need a doctor-signed physical uploaded to FinalForms before they can participate in sports.
• All forms must be submitted in FinalForms by the start date. Parents need to upload a current signed physical to Final Forms. Physical Exam Form (upload page 3 to FinalForms): Student-Athlete Medical

ASB Fees

Note! We are excited to announce that the $25 Whitman MS ASB (Associated Student Body) request will be collected at the start of the 2026-27 school year on the Source/School/Pay. This request supports programs and activities that enrich your child’s school experience and help build a vibrant school community. All Students participating in sports are required to have and ASB sticker. Fall Sports & Practices

Whitman Fall Cross Country Club – No Cut

The Wildcats Cross Country Club will be entering its second year for the 2026-27 School Year and opens on July 1, 2026! If you are you interested in joining the club please register via FinalForms.  A sports physical is also required. “If you have any questions about the club, please contact coach Darrin Ganyard; djganyard@seattleschools.org. This is a No Cut Fall Sports Club with a focus on learning and competing in cross country running. No previous running experience needed!

Practice Times

On the turf field behind the school; meet at field and wear cleats, guards, and bring a full water bottle. Games will occur on Saturdays.

Ultimate Frisbee – Co-Ed & No Cut

Grade 8 Ultimate Frisbee

• Grade 8: Practices are TBD
  • Wednesday practice is from TBD.
  • Friday practice is from TBD.

Grades 6 & 7 Ultimate Frisbee

• Grades 6 & 7: Practices are TBD.
