    Free/Low Cost Activities for Winter Break

    Winterfest at Seattle Center has many free activities.: Activities include the winter train & village, ice sculpture viewing and Winterfest Showcase http://www.seattlecenter.com/winterfest/

    Seattle Museums: Get Free passes from your local library

    Libraries: Libraries will offer free programs for teens during the winter break including meals for teens, winter Break Reading Oasis and more. For more information regarding activities and programs at libraries check out http://www.spl.org/event-calendar

     Community Centers: Local community centers will offer drop-in programs, open court and special activities for teens. Check out their web: https://www.seatltle.gov/parks/find/centers/community-centers-a-z

    Teen Tix: free pass that gets you into movies, dance, theater, music and more for just $5. For more information: https://www.teentix.org/

    Boys & Girls Club: Free drop-in (with membership) at North Seattle Boys & Girls Club (8635 Fremont Ave. N) from 12-6p Dec. 26th, 27th, 28th, 31st, Jan. 2nd, 3rd ,& 4th. Field trips for a small fee included Roller Skating, Northgate Mall, Swimming, MoPop Museum & more!

    Safe place: Safe Place is a program for youth 12-17 in King County who need someone to talk to or need a safe place to stay. If you need help, you can find a Safe Place at the Seattle Metro Busses, Libraries, YMCA’s and Community Centers. Youth can also call the crisis line at 206.427.4747 or Teen Link from 6-10p at 866.833.6546.
